If
you read my post “King
of the (camera interface speed) hill”
you’ll have noticed the new USB 3.0 interface offers seriously fast
data transfer. While 3.0 isn’t supported by Windows 7 (I believe it
will be part of 8,) you may still be curious about how to take
advantage of it in your machine vision applications.
Canadian
camera-maker Point Grey has been at the forefront of USB3.0 imaging,
and to help smooth the way for early adopters they’ve posted a pile
of info on their website. To make your life easy, here’s a link
that takes you straight to their USB
3.0 Technology Updates
page.
You’re
welcome.
