Great minds (and fools)

Just a few days ago I reminded you about the importance of thermal management to ensure good LED life. Then I pick up a copy of ECN magazine and find an article titled, “The LED Rundown” (March 22^nd, 2013).

This repeats the points I made about heat killing your lights, but goes further. In particular, the article discusses the color shift that time and temperature can induce. If you’re using LED lighting in your vision systems, (and seriously, who isn’t?) you should understand the life and environment issues. Click the link and read the article.
