What 3D machine vision can do for you

Staying with what is becoming a theme, “Dimension Monitoring Savings Across the Board”, (Control design, November 5^th, 2013,) details a 3D application in the lumber industry. Here sawmill operator Canfor used 3D to reduce waste and increase yield.
