According to Connor Henry, Product Manager for DVT and Insight products, Cognex are about to bless us with yet another micro-smart camera, the imaginatively named, “Micro”. Connors posting on the Insight/DVT SmartList board tells us that the form factor is 30 x 30 x 60mm, which does make it pretty darned small.
But how many applications are so space-constrained that they can only be solved by a camera smaller than the lens? Let us know your thoughts.
