Okay, perhaps that’s an exaggeration, but it’s certain to be very useful.

I’m talking about this link, which will take you to the 2008 buyers guide at Vision Systems Design magazine. It’s a big file, so if you’re on a dial up connection you might think how badly you need it, but for those of us on the information technology superhighway it’s a joy to use. Its best feature is all the hot links from the vendor listings direct to their web sites.

Now I can throw out all those paper guides and fill my shelves with …. Well I’ll find something.
