How to ensure web-surfing time is not wasted time

Thumbing through the March ’08 issue of Quality Magazine, I came across their “Vision & Sensors 2008 How To Guide.” Now I know these things are written as a way to sell advertising, but for that to be effective they have to provide useful material.

This guide meets that goal.

Yes it’s essentially commercial; the articles were written by Dalsa, Matrox, Sony and Allied Vision Technologies, amongst others, so of course they’re trying to flog their wares. But that said, there’s red meat here too. So, if you’re going to surf the web in company time, why not at least make it productive by checking out the various – concise - pieces in the guide. (My personal favorite was the one about conducting a gage R&R study.)
