The low-down on Soliton

I’ve written about Soliton before. They have an interesting business model, (vision system development in India for US customers,) and are good at publicizing their achievements. That’s why I enjoyed this interview with Dr. Ganesh Devaraj, the founder of Soliton. Apparently he has a Masters degree and a PhD from the University of Michigan, so he’s clearly a very smart cookie.

But more interestingly, he has some well-developed ideas about how a technology company should be run, and how to manage technology specialists. It’s worth five minutes of your time to learn more about this man and his company.
