Staying with my previous plea for prices to be published, while browsing the LDDlight website I found that they make everything public. In fact they offer a complete online store, making it possible to cut out the distributor completely. However, having saved that 30% markup I’m somewhat surprised that their products aren’t a little less expensive.
I think I said previously that LDDlight seem to be cloning the high quality products from CCS, and that impression was reinforced when I stumbled across the line of thin dome lights. I thought CCS had this locked up with a patent or two covering their “Flat Dome” lights, so I imagine LDD have found a way through the claims.
