More machine vision in sports

Remember my post about the machine vision golf pro? I mentioned that I’d been unable to track down V2S, the developers of the “Swing and See” system. Well they very kindly got in touch and provided me with links to their sites.

V2S, short for
Video Sport Systems, have identified a market niche for the use of machine vision to improve sporting performance. Their web site, (which appears to be a work in progress,) lists archery and tennis, along with golf, but as of writing, only the golf link works.

And if it’s details of the “Swing and See” golf swing video analysis system you’re after, you need to check out the “
Swing and See” site.
